The condo sleeps a total of 6 guests with a King size bed in the bedroom, twin size bunks in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is just perfect for any meal preparation. Two full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a private balcony can be found in this great condo.

An elegant retreat awaits you from the moment you step inside! The condo features flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom AND the bunks. Beautiful 1BR/2BA beachfront unit on the top floor.
The ONLY one bedroom on the top floor, unit 602 is truly ONE-OF-A-KIND. The views it affords are absolutely breathtaking and the Gulf of Mexico couldn't be any closer or more conveniently located to you. Being down toward the end of Okaloosa Island, Pelican Isle is QUIET and peaceful. Yet the amenities on property are just what everyone needs on a beach vacation. The pool area is on the South/Gulf side of the building so you are right at the beach access boardwalk when enjoying the pool and hot tub. Another plus to this is you can see the pool/hot tub area from your keep in mind this TOP FLOOR unit is 6 stories up! This helps eliminate noises coming from the pool making their way to you while you're enjoying the gorgeous sunset from your own private balcony. You'll find true rest and relaxation greet you when you stay in PI 602. A functional and convenient fitness area rests on property near the pool area. If you're looking for a relaxing "time out" from the real world, this is the place!

There were some dusty areas in the bathroom towel racks but nothing to complain or interfere with our stay. The welcome package was a nice touch so we didn’t need to buy dishwashing soap and sponge. There were plenty of towels available. Some reason throughout may need a few touch up but expected for beach rental. Overall we had a wonderful time and will return!

The only problem was the mattress it was horrible, and I had to sleep on the bunk bed in the hallway my back and hips hurt so much there was no support at all. My husband sleep in the bed but he did not get a good night's sleep at all. We tried the sofa and had no luck the condo was decorated so cute, but need to update the furniture I hope the owner can do that so we can rent the same unit again.

Condo was exactly as pictured and spotless. This condo is situated far enough away from the pool, so we had no noise factor. Beach chairs and reserved garage parking spot were great perks. Luggage carts were available from garage to elevators to make unpacking easy. Condo had a nice supply of the basics to get you started. Killer view from the lanai! Highly recommend!

She assured me check in would be easy and it was. I got a call telling us the unit was ready shortly after. Unit was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Stocked better than I expected. Plenty of towels, dishware, etc. Water pressure was great. Lots of TV channels although we spent most time at the beach or on the balcony. Restaurants and shopping are close, short drive so we loved the location; highly recommend.

We have used Brooks and Shorey for most of those stays and they are the best and are especially wonderful people to work with. We stayed in 602. We usually stay in 601,603, 501, 502. 602 was our least favorite. It was dirtier than the other units we’ve stayed in in the past. Baseboards were in desperate need of wiping. The mattress is broken down and needs replaced. The biggest issue we had (for the 2nd year) was smoking in the balcony. Our neighbors smoked the entire time. We couldn’t even enjoy our own balcony. Not only did we endure cig smoke, it was also Marijuana smoke. It has never been allowed to smoke on balconies. I know their room HAD to smell like it. This issue has to be fixed. If we had had little kids or someone with a lung issue, it could have been more of a problem. We love B&S and Pelican Isle but this was frustrating. We also would probably not stay in 602 again unless those small things were fixed.

I have stayed in many condos and I do not think this one was set apart from any of the others good or bad.The bad - oven element is weak and needs replaced. We had to use the broil on the oven to get it up to temperature.Too much furniture. seemed very cluttered.The coffee maker probably needs changed to a Keurig -my opinion.One of the outlets was missing a cover (hazard) except that there was one of those outlet multipliers plugged in which covered it up.One of the elevators broke down our first day of 10x and was not fixed until our checkout day. The garage was closed down due to a burst pipe and there didnt seem to be any urgency to fix it.Good - I like that there are common use bathrooms at the base level.The condo was in good shape overall. I came for the beach not the Condo.God gifted us with perfect weather the entire tripOverall happy with the trip. Probably will try another condo and probably another building at this point with 2x consecutive years of broken elevators.
