This includes all kitchen appliances ( Fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, air-fryer, blender), full kitchen amenities (Plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots/pans...); also included are bed linens, towels, hair dryers, iron/ ironing board, and all needed beach accessories (beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, beach towels, beach mats, pool floats... everything you need to enjoy the water!) Washer and dryer in the unit. Utilities included ( water, trash, *electricity, internet, and a security system). A community pool and tennis courts are available in the complex. Short distance to the ocean and many great restaurants. Rocket launches can be seen almost weekly! The Florida Coast is waiting for you! *$150/mo. allotted for electricity. Tenant pays for the overage.
