Great place for our group came to Louisville for family wedding. We were all able to stay together plenty of space for everyone. This place was very nice the refrigerator was not working upon arrival but the owner was able to get new fridge for us the next day. Very responsive owner.
This house was the perfect home base for our large group trip to Louisville! The location was very convenient - we were a few miles away from all the action on Whiskey Row, with tons of bars and restaurants right down the street. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the house itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the common areas were great for hanging out and playing games. We would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fun and convenient place to stay in Louisville with a group!
We had 16 guys stay here for a Bachelor party and the entire experience from Booking—checking out was seamless. The owner, Dan was extremely professional, while also being flexible and accommodating for us. Location is a 5 minute ride to anywhere you’d need to go. The perfect rental for a large group, ample space!
We had three generations in the house over Thanksgiving. It was perfect! Separate spaces for the teens and adults, lots of seating. Beautifully appointed house. Kitchen was well stocked and lovely to cook in. The only negative was we ran out of hot water a couple of times with 7 people showering. I think another hot water heater to serve the four bathrooms would be a good addition. Best shower heads ever though! Would stay here again and would recommend to others.
House was just as advertised. It was very clean, spacious, great kitchen and great outdoor area to relax with a cigar and bourbon. Very close to the downtown area bars, restaurant. We used Ubers and I wouldn't walk at night back and forth towards the attractions. Check-in was great as he accommodated our early arrival. He also promptly answered and messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed with a group of 8 for the Bourbon Trail. Everyone had their own room. Great open space in the back to hang out. Bags tournament got heated! It is a great place.
We had 10 guys on our golf trip to Louisville this year. The property was perfect for our group. We could have easily had 16 guys there. The kitchen was awesome and the house seemed to go on forever.
A group of 13 college friends landed in Louisvile for a weekend of horse racing and bourbon trail tours. We loved our accomodations, which were walking distance to the spots on distillery row in Louisville. The house was perfect size for our group, including the large kitchen and gathering room and back patio area. Dan was an excellent host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on a future round 2 bourbon trail visit.
We decided to stay closer to the city this time around for our trip to the bourbon trail. Dan was a great host, the location was central to everything, and we had a ridiculous time. The house was perfect for 12 guys looking to get away for a weekend. We were able to grab Bird scooters which allowed access to everything Louisville had to offer. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.
I booked this stay to accommodate my bridal party of 14 people. We wanted a space that could serve as a central location for our family and friends to mingle before and after the wedding given that our families hadn't met before. We had room for all our planned activities for the weekend including sleeping arrangements, and separate dressing areas for the bridesmaids and the groomsmen. All the beds were super comfy and there were so many great photo opportunities in the space! We were also very close to our venue and Paris town market just around the corner made it easy to have impromptu brunch plans. If you are someone who needs total darkness when you're sleeping, I would suggest bringing a high-quality eye mask to block out the streetlights in the master bedroom (or assigning that room to someone in your party who doesn't need complete darkness). The hosts were very accommodating and responded to any questions we had about the space promptly. We had such a good time; we are considering using the space for thanksgiving next year!
This place is beautifully decorated and has a ton of space. Each level has 12ft plus ceilings. The back patio is beautiful and outdoor TV and games were a big hit. There are 18 beds in total which was great for our group. We walked to Paris Town Pointe for brunch and dinner and walked to the highlands. Daniel was a great host and was very nice.
We stayed at the house to attend the Utility Expo, and it hit every mark. We had 17 of our employees in town, and the location met all of our needs. It was abundantly obvious that the owner has invested a significant number of resources into making this house a great stay. With such a large group of people, I can honestly say there was never a moment where we felt crowded or in each other’s way. The bathrooms had great fixtures and finishes, the kitchen and living areas were all wide open, and the back covered sitting area with the TV put the house over the top. We will stay here again when we come back to Louisville. Thank you for your communication, cleanliness, and accurate posting for this stay!
