There is a Blackstone grill for your BBQ’s and icemaker & cooler available for your day at the beach. This waterfront oasis offers private pool and shared boat dock. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing or bring the boat for easy access to the Indian River Marina. Located 2 miles to Bethany Beach and a short drive to Dewey Beach, Rehoboth, Lewes and Ocean City, MD. Great location offering easy access to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, biking/walking trails and championship golf courses. Come stay and play!

Awesome trip!

Would definitely stay here again! So cozy, accommodating, and comfortable! Having the pool was a huge bonus and the location is close to so many things, including the beach! Host was very helpful and responsive! Screened in porch and ice machine also a plus…loved eating steamed crabs inside the closed in porch! Very clean and no regrets staying here!

Perfect Relaxation Spot!

Stayed here for a long weekend! Wonderful property and fantastic host! Even better than I expected from the description. So close to top notch restaurants. Really enjoyed breakfast and some dinners on the screened in back porch. Such a lovely cottage with all of the modern day conveniences. The kids especially LOVED the pool!

We both loved the pool, espy Deni who spent hours in it. Being right on the canal was great for kayaking and paddle boards. Nicole was a great hostess.

Ocean view

One of the best vacations ever. This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is magnificent. The house is creek side, great for fishing. There is a screened in outdoor area that is so comfortable and you have a great view of the beautiful sunset. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The host is very friendly and accommodating. You can’t go wrong with this property.
