This place was exceptional. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and surprisingly well-stocked! It was so quiet and serenely tucked into the woods without a person, road, or another house in sight. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the beautiful and secluded lake. We were able to see loons and even an otter. Our dog loved the place- especially exploring along the shore. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals all over the country, and this was by far the best experience yet!

Perfect cabin getaway on a quiet, clean lake! The cabin was very clean, host was excellent with communication, everything was as advertised. We loved the boathouse and went kayaking, played ping pong upstairs, and had a fire in the evening. Would highly recommend. Definitely will be a place we will stay at again!

Ski Weekend

We brought our family up for the weekend while our kids did ski races at nearby Mt Itasca. The cabin was exactly as advertised, clean and in a great location. We didn't get to use the boathouse, but it looked cute. Would for sure stay here again.

long lake cabin

This property is beautiful. The cabin is well maintained and very comfortable. The boat house is charming and we enjoyed taking the paddle boat out to explore the lake. we highly recommend this beautiful lake home to anyone looking to enjoy the Grand Rapids area.

Super clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing! Pet friendly so we brought our little dog. We are repeat renters. The water was lower than last time, but we still caught enough fish. This is the perfect up north cabin! Maria was very responsive, friendly and kind. We hope to stay again!

Charming piece of heaven in the Northwoods. The property was pristine, quality upgraded construction. Clearly the owner had built this cabin as a labor of love. We will be back!

Beautiful location!

The house and boat house was very clean and charming. I’m a clean freak so I’m very particular about that and I was impressed! The house was stocked with everything that we needed . The setting is very beautiful and peaceful. We appreciated Maria checking in with us to be sure we had everything. I will definitely stay there again if we are up that way.
