The centrally located bunk bedroom is ideal for children, as it is isolated from the pool area, and all pool doors are equipped with alarms.

We provide various amenities to enhance your stay, including a Pack n' Play crib, pool toys, board games, beach towels, and a convenient beach wagon.

Prepare for your trip by immersing yourself in the Yacht Rock Ranch experience through our official playlist on Spotify, titled "Yacht Rock Ranch Official Playlist." Inspired by the soothing melodies of the mid-70s and 80s, performed by renowned artists such as Hall & Oates, Michael McDonald, and Steely Dan, "Yacht Rock Ranch" gives the feeling of leisurely sailing across open waters, surrounded by partygoers in elegant attire, sipping cocktails!

The property offers three driveways, with ample space to accommodate up to four cars. Additionally, you can opt for our luxurious six-passenger golf car, ensuring stylish and effortless transportation around the island. Our brand-new 2021 gas-powered EZ-GO golf cart surpasses the quality of rental shop options.

The pool is heated throughout the year to a pleasant 87 degrees Fahrenheit at no extra cost, while the hot tub quickly reaches a soothing temperature of 101 degrees Fahrenheit.

Great Stay In Great Location

Really nice property near everything in Anna Maria. A block from the beach and an easy walk to lots of good places to eat and drink. Just my Wife and I and the property was great. Pool area was private and quiet even in close proximity to main roads and commercial area. home was very clean and well laid out. We took advantage of the golf cart option and used it extensively going to eat, the beach and just cruising around. The beach area is really nice and clean. We used a beach service a couple of days and was awesome to just show up with a little cooler and have chairs and shade area set-up very near the water. Beds very comfortable, lots of towels. A little lite on beach gear but some good pool toys for kids.

Great for families!

Great location, walking distance to beach and prime location in Holmes Beach but close to Anna Maria with its shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Publix grocery store. The home's layout is great for families, with a primary suite plus another bedroom/bathroom/lounge area that could act as a second primary suite. We had four adults (two couples) and four children (two sets of siblings) and the layout was perfect for us. The pool and spa are relatively small but we all still enjoyed - just make sure you turn on the spa an hour or so in advance if you want it to be hot!

Great family home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yacht Rock Ranch. The house was very clean upon check-in. The pictures are accurate. The property is very cute and surprisingly quiet! We were slightly concerned about road noise due to location, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The landscaping is beautiful and thoughtful, giving a very private feel. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the pool, which was the warmest we have ever had. It only took about two minutes to walk to the beach. The beds, bedding and pillows were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
