We had such a great stay here while visiting Zion. The place was spacious and clean and Jason was very friendly and introduced himself when we got there. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

The casita was exactly as advertised. Everything about our 3 night stay was wonderful - very comfortable furniture and bed and the views were amazing. The casita was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. The host was extremely helpful with various recommendations for restaurants, groceries, Zion, etc. This was the absolute perfect place to stay for a couple visiting the area.

Jason was very responsive from the moment I booked his casita. He was friendly and even had an OBD to borrow! The casita was clean and comfy, with thoughtful amenities. He gave us helpful hints regarding Zion Park and places to eat. My husband and I agreed it was one of the best rentals we’ve experienced.

Jason’s place was perfect for us during our Utah travels! We stayed 2 nights and only have great things to say about our stay. Jason was super friendly and helpful! Provided some good dining and hiking recs. The casita was very nice and super clean. Large, open space with high ceilings. Good location not far from Springdale and Zion. Comfortable couch and bed. Kitchen well stocked. Nice touches like raincoats, a guidebook, games, beautiful view from the giant front window. Would definitely stay here again!

We were celebrating our 47 Anniversary and wanted a “10” from VRBO. Zion’s Edge Casita hit that mark in cleanliness, convenience to Zion & Bryce National Park. This is the place you want to stay at, as the hosts are on top of making sure everything you need is present. They are hosts that enjoy hosting and treat you as friends. You can’t go wrong as restaurants, gas and supplies are close by the condo.

We had the best stay here for our first trip to Zion! The place was super cute, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable after long days of exploring.Jason and Amie were incredibly hospitable, so responsive to any questions and full of great recommendations for hikes and local spots. We really appreciated their friendliness and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay.The location was perfect, close enough to Zion National Park for easy access, but also near great places to eat and relax.Truly a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is only 15–20 minutes from Zion — super convenient to the park, but far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful and relaxing.Jason was a fantastic host, starting with excellent communication and thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay. The property was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with high ceilings and the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in while traveling.I especially loved sipping coffee on the patio each morning and taking in the canyon views. My only wish is that we had more time to stay in the area.Don’t miss dinner at Wild Thyme or breakfast at Oscar’s — both were highlights of our trip.

Zion NP weekend

The casita is very convenient to Zion NP. It was very roomy and comfortable, with ample space for two to spread out. I can't imagine a better spot to use as a base to explore southwestern Utah.

The best Casita ever!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Location is great….. close to Zion and several state parks. Very spacious and meticulously maintained. Jason greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed getting dinner take out and eat while sitting on the Adirondack chairs with such a spectacular view!Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing place to stay!

Jason and Anne have put together a truly lovely experience for folks coming in from out of town and wanting a warm, well prepared place to stay! Everything was thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Had two good nights of watching stars on the little patio out front to enjoying coffee in the morning. Bathroom and bed were perfect! Highly recommend staying here - and the trip into Zion Park was a breeze!

Great place. Comfy. Good location. Only small criticism is the photos make it look like there is an outdoor space. There really is only a view of the highway and the neighbors junk cars. A better spot to sit with a firepit and a view would be nice. All thr messages about not entering owner's driveway or personal space were a little over the top. Also, there was no way to lock the two doors from the vrbo side that enter the main residence. This made me feel unsafe.

KJ, we appreciate the great review, but I wanted to address a few of you comments. There is a front patio with two adirondack chairs and a table with beautiful views of Gooseberry Mesa which many guests have commented on, so I'm sorry that you found the neighbor's yard across the street and to the right of us the direction to focus. Unfortunately, while he does have some junk cars there is nothing we can do about that being in the country and not in an HOA. As far as messaging about the driveway, it's unfortunately necessary as many people don't read the messages about where to park and end up blocking our cars in or out of the garage. As far as the doors in the casita, one leads to a storage room for our cleaner and all of the supplies for the unit, the other leads to our foyer, but always remains deadbolted. I'm sorry you felt unsafe, but we weren't even home during your stay (which I also shared in a message), so you had nothing to be concerned about from a privacy or security standpiont since there was nobody there except you. Great property, wonderful host

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful casita 5 nights while touring Zion and Bryce National Parks. The location was excellent, just a short (~20 min) drive to the entrance of Zion. The property was clean, comfortable and very spacious for the two of us. Jason was a super pleasant host, very attentive and amiable without being intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zion's Edge Casita, and will not hesitate to stay hear again when we return.

Beautiful Casita

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The casita was lovely, very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view, and close to Zion. The best part was Jason and Amie our hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming. Jason’s response with questions was quick and very helpful. If we’re ever out that way again will definitely go back.
