Great home. Spacious and perfect for our group of 24. I highly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Destin and wanting a place within walking distance to the ocean.

This house is great for a large crowd. It does need some maintenance and new furniture though. Several of the faucets were broken and the furniture is extremely uncomfortable due to age and usage.

The bunkbeds and 2 other rooms on the 2nd floor were connected and could get in by using only 1 door. Dryers did not dry clothes. House has a lot of cracks and visible dents. Door to the back yard was very hard to close properly. It is a 10 min walk to the beach since the entrance is not the one directly straight from the house. Overall it was a great stay and hosts answered the call or message when needed

House was clean and ready in time. Location was great with easy accessibility to beach. Golf cart experience was nice. Missed basic amenities like dishwasher pods, extra trashbags (you don’t expect guests to bring trashbags with them when there are 10 families staying for 3 days with so much trash generated), extra bodywash, would hv been nice to hv few more games like cards, uno, some kids games, paddles for TT. So many refrigerators but not having ability to generate ice was bummer. There were a few leftovers (socks, undies) from previous stay. And this property does need pest control . Saw a few ants and a couple of cockroaches.. finally, there was water dripping from AC vents.Overall 3.5/5.0

The property is beautiful but it needs some updating and TLC. Couches are worn out and need replacing, fixtures in bathrooms are broken, shower heads needs replacing, throw pillows are old and smell, stove needs replacing. The property is very nice but for 12k a week, the amenities and furnishings should be top of the line.
