About this property

Discover the beauty and tranquillity of Ohio's pastoral countryside at the Adena "Bike and Be" Guesthouse. Perched near the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway, you can take in stunning views and admire wildlife grazing on the land. Our three bedroom, two bath cabin is updated with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It is ideal for:

-Couples traveling together

-Solo or Small Group Retreats

This three bedroom, two bath house contains an updated kitchen and two living rooms. On one side of the cabin is an en suite primary bedroom (with a luxurious corner tub) and on the other side are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate living area. The kitchen, dining area and main living area are in the middle. The house has been substantially remodeled including a new water heater in September of 2023.

The land behind the cabin is wooded and it is a short walk to the picturesque pond.

This getaway is situated on a quiet country road near the Adena Hockhocking Bikeway. Enjoy some of Ohio's greatest attractions with the Baileys Trail System just 3 miles away, Athens 5 miles away, Burr Oak State Park 16 miles away and Hocking Hills 30 miles away. Private and peaceful, our location provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

A huge thank you to the hosts for an amazing stay, communication, and willingness to be flexible with our needs. The house was adorable—just as pictured, clean, and cozy. Everything was wonderful and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Relaxing and peacefull

I was in town for work. And this place was a very beautiful and cozy place to retreat back too! It had everything we needed. And location was just remote enough for peace and quiet but also just close enough to things where we didnt need to travel far. Saw lots of wild life and lots of stars. Host was great at communicating. I would definately stay here again when back in town and absolutely recommend this place to anyone that will be in the area! Also be sure to check out the parks and old man cave
