Very quiet, very relaxing. Gwen as the host was very easy to reach regarding any questions and I will definitely be back to stay with them again.Highly recommend!!
This place was perfect for a short weekend trip. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this place!
This tiny home was super cute and cozy. Clean with a minimlist feel. Its about 40 minutes from hocking hills state park and 20 minutes from Athens. Perfect place to stay!
The location was perfect for traveling back and forth to OU. Dad and daughter were comfortable and very much enjoyed the house, amenities and views. Booked again for Moms weekend in April!!
The property was great! Clean and so well taken care of. Gwen thought of everything a person would need. Check-in was easy and the location was great. Would definitely stay again.
We absolutely loved our stay. We rented this property for OU parents/Family weekend and it met all of our needs. We will definitely be reserving one of the tiny house cabins again in the future. The location to Ohio University was ideal and the surroundings were beautiful. Thank you to the Hosts!
The unit was clean and well maintained. If staying during winter months, I suggest packing an extra blanket. Kitchen was well stocked for making basic meals.
The location of the tiny house was perfect! My daughter had Orientation at Ohio University and it was just a quick 15 minute drive to Athens. I will definitely look to book this property again for our many upcoming OU visits!
This cute tiny home met our essential needs for a great price point. Communication with the host was prompt. The attractiveness and quiet of the location was outstanding!
Me and my mom really enjoyed staying in this tiny house over the Thanksgiving holiday. It's nicely laid out, clean & new, perfect amount of space for us two and had pretty much everything we needed. We especially loved the fire pit right outside and big porch with quiet view and how close it was to Ohio University campus. We'll definitely book again.
I loved the beautiful simplicity of this tiny house! It had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and bright with modern fixtures and decor. Enjoyed relaxing on the porch, eating at local restaurants, hiking, etc. Our hosts responded immediately to a question we had and made sure we were all set. I really appreciated all of the care put into the details of this beautiful space :)
This place was clean, in a nice quiet setting. We sat out at night and watched the deer and lighting bugs one night. My husband was wanting to fish but we didn't find out until we left where the pond was. It wax across the street behind the brush. Well next time we will know where it is. Otherwise this is a great relaxing place to stay.

Tiny house ok for short stay
The house was cute but not really clean. Outdoor chairs were a mess with bird doo and dusty inside. Grill wasn’t cleaned out from last group of guests. Glass dishes make no sense for a weekend home and lots of empty cabinets. Needs more amenities in both kitchen and bathroom. For us older people it has a very uncomfortable couch and bed and shower area is to small. I feel like this could have been laid out better and made more comfortable without really adding a lot of cost to build. It’s a nice quiet area and beautiful setting fairly close to lots to do. We won’t stay again but if you’re looking for a night or two for a great cost and won’t be there much but to sleep it’s perfect. Never seen the shared pond unless it was the dried up area behind the tiny houses.
