This vacation rental home is the perfect escape to stay in and relax by your private pool that showcases the magnificent mountains, or enjoy the many amenities this community offers, or go out and enjoy Palm Springs and the other desert resort cities.

This vacation rental provides comfort and luxury at every corner. The sunlit living room is the perfect place to entertain or unwind with family and friends and watch your favorite shows, sporting events, and movies on the smart TV.

The expansive kitchen, offers a large island that seats four, stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinet storage. An adjacent dining table provides seating for your entire group to enjoy meals or board games at night.

The Primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart TV, an en-suite spa like bathroom, a large closet, and a glass sliding door that leads out to the pool & spa area.

The first guest bedroom features two twin size beds, closet space, clean lines, dazzling wallpaper, and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the second guest bedroom.

In the second guest bedroom will welcome you with a Queen size bed, large glass windows that allow the beautiful sunshine to pour in, closet space, and a smart tv for your enjoyment.

Enjoy the Palm Springs sunshine by lounging beside your private pool or fire up the gas grill for some alfresco dining. As the sun dips below the magnificent mountain backdrop grab a glass of wine and spark up the firepit and enjoy the desert serenity.

As part of the Miralon community, you'll enjoy access to miles of walking and biking trails, a large lap pool, a resort style area with a family pool and hot tub, bocce ball courts, and a state-of-the-art workout facility.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city's and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $59 nightly or $295 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
