Fantastic rental

The rental exceeded our expectations. The home was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The property management was responsive and answered any questions. Highly recommend this property and the management company.

DeepWell VRBO in Palm Springs

Our stay was great. John (office personnel) was most helpful. A major consideration for staying at this property was having a bathroom for each bedroom. There are lots of windows & easy access to the pool & yard. The house is in a pleasant & quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view of the mountains & close proximity to most everything.

Deepwell ranch vacation

My daughter and I stayed at Deepwell property from Feb.3-15. Incredible place that was everything and more that we envisioned. It was immaculate, well-stocked, quiet, and in a great neighborhood. It was 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 3 blocks to Smoketree grocery store and cafes. The outdoor space was lovely; with many seating areas around pool, fire table or outdoor dining area. I would certainly stay here again and I encourage anyone looking for a wonderful relaxing place to vacation, to keep this place at the top of your list!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this home in Deepwell! Property is well-maintained, the space comfortable, airy, light and welcoming, the check-in was super easy, and the outdoor area was excellent! The master bedroom was very comfortable with a cool retro layout, the second bedroom a comfortable space (though we noted that the bed was quite firm), and though nobody stayed in the back bedroom off the kitchen, it is also a very cute, cozy and well-maintained space with a door that goes directly out to the pool area. Several citrus trees in the yard and a small patch of lawn to do some yoga— with yoga mats provided!! the Spa heated up in a timely manner and was functional and very comfortable. We did not get the pool heat, and found it refreshing on the warmer days . Poolside Rental staff, as always, were super accessible and very helpful… they always do a great job! All the appliances worked great, too. The location is really convenient, and property is not directly under the airport runway flight pattern, a mistake we’ve made before! Highly recommend, just don’t rent it when we want to return next year, please!!

What a lovely house

This house was just lovely. It was one of my husband's favorites so far. The backyard is just the right size. The pool always had a shady spot and the spa was spacious. The house was well laid out. The rental agency was *very responsive. To know: The second ensuite (both bedroom and bathroom) is *small. I think it *might work for a single person (although I decided it was too small for a family member for a future trip). The 3rd bedroom is a bit bigger but not by much. The house was a perfect size for my husband, dog and me. Small children would probably be ok too. Any more people than that would feel a bit snug - at least for us. We would stay again!
