This Base Camp Lodge condo is the perfect base camp for year-round adventure. From walk-on ski lift access in the winter to on-site hiking, equestrian trails, golf, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub, you'll have everything you need right outside your door, no matter the season. Majestic mountain vistas extend before you on the private balcony. The living room fireplace provides a cozy ambiance and supplemental warmth through the colder months. Plush sofas and a smart TV welcome you to kick your feet up between outings. The full kitchen comes well-appointed for all your meal and snack prep needs.

Our family of 10 stayed 3 nights at Base Camp. Nice place. Kids loved skiing and we could watch out the windows by the fireplace. Housekeeping wasn't doing a very good job of thoroughly cleaning. We still had a fun time!

LOVE 310 Base Camp

Everything was perfect for our stay! We loved the great view from the condo. The kitchen had all the conveniences of home plus some! The beds were so comfortable with plenty of pillows. The fireplace was easy to turn on with just a flip of a switch and warmed us as well as adding ambiance to the setting. We have now enjoyed stays in April, September and October and can't wait to book more.

Unfortunate experience, but nice location

Dirty light switches and blood on the comforter on one of the bunkbeds. Was told someone local would come rectify, but no one did (we were there Monday-Friday, so there was plenty of time for someone to come). Getting into the exterior building door for the first time was a nightmare, it took 30 minutes on the phone with someone to get a code for the exterior door. The condo itself is in a good location for skiing. The locker was easy to get into for storing our ski gear, the condo is near the elevator so that is nice too.

Not Clean, do not stay

When we arrived the condo was not clean, there was old food found in drawers, dirty countertops and floors, hair in beds, dirty dishes. We only stayed one night due to the cleanliness. Asked for a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay, had to wait days for a reply from the property management team and then they only issued a small refund, not nearly covering the 2 nights we did not feel comfortable staying. I feel bad for the owners, they need a new property management company that cares for their property. As reference, this is our 4th time staying at Base Camp One and have always loved our properties and never had any problems with other rentals. Thankfully we found another home to stay in that was wonderful. I definitely do NOT recommend this condo.
