Went for a weekend hiking trip and it was a beautiful space to stay in. Everything was clean and amazingly decorated. We loved the hot tub and the location.
Overall the stay was great! Communication was fantastic, the place was nice and cozy. The walls are a little thin but it wasnt too much of an issue overall.

We were very comfortable and especially enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. We also really appreciated the basket of nuts, bars and coffee pods. There were plenty of towels for showering and utilizing the hot tub. Over all we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others.A
We were in town for a VT football game and wanted to stay with in an hour of the VT campus. This accommodation worked out very well for us. Nicely decorated and plenty of nice towels. Host is very thoughtful!
This was just what we needed-a clean, cozy place for a night. The owner has thought of everything and has decorated it so perfectly. We appreciated the snacks and coffee. Thank you!

Loved the setting! Nice set up for outdoor spa/pool/grilling. I now realize what a studio is lol. Was surprised when I walked in and realized it was just one open room aside from the bathroom but it was cozy. Really the only downside was the smell. Resembled the smell of an old nursing home. Other than that, it was a really great experience.
Well appointed, thoughtfully prepared stayover space in a great location in the VA mountains. Enjoyed a great night sleep at the end of a long road trip. Hosts were quick to communicate and fix any issues.
If you love scenery, wildlife & being away from suburbia this is your choice. With a pool, hot tub and a cozy, comfy, spotlessly clean studio with microwave, dorm fridge and Keurig plus snacks there wasn’t anything lacking. Lots of homey touches and practice things.Laura was the perfect host.
The host was super responsive and friendly. We loved the hot tub, cute decor, and variety of snacks. Bed was comfy. For those who are sensitive to bugs, we found a few beetles inside but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
Great location. About a 50- min drive to VT from this lovely location. You could choose to take shorter route by using 81 (exit 140). But the views of Virginia were breathtaking. Very thoughtful and generous host. Thank you for an amazing getaway weekend. Would highly recommend for girls getaway or romantic weekend (even has hot tub)
We had an anniversary gift waiting in our room from our host. We enjoyed talking with the host who made us feel comfortable and right at home. The room was very well appointed. It is obvious this host went out of their way to make sure we had everything we could need and then some. We would like to come visit again soon.
My husband and I went to a Thursday night Virginia Tech football game and traveled to this cute little spot late at night. The directions were easy to follow and getting in was a breeze. This host has thought of everything. Very clean and decorated nicely. There were snacks laid out for us. Lots of towels for our convenience and an explanation of the hot tub and WiFi access. We got to chat with the owner a bit and really enjoyed getting to know him. On Saturday morning I opened the door and came eye to eye with a deer. It was a fantastic stay with lots of rest and no expectations. Would definitely stay again.
