Please only use Plastic cups in Hottub. Trash is on TuesdayAM. 2 Cameras on Property. One at front door. One facing side door.

We really enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed and we loved the great big yard where we did an Easter egg hunt and enjoyed some meals on the patio. Great supplies Anne accommodating hosts. We would recommend to others traveling through!

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great stay at this nice little home. It was comfortable and clean. The large fenced back yard was great for our dog. Neighborhood is in a great location close to many amenities. Perfect spot unplanned trip

Rented the house for my sister's funeral. Host was very responsive and flexible. House was clean, check in easy. Huge backyard and nice patio for entertaining but we did not use it this trip. 4 adults and 3 dogs and had enough room. Rental seemed bigger than pictures.

Great country niche close to Knoxville

Overall good. The location is convenient to Knoxville and Maryville with a very quiet and country feel. Pluses are two very nice bedrooms that were very comfortable. Fridge is large and works well. On site laundry is a plus. Spacious living a kitchen complete the soace. The hot tub is older and amost of the jets don’t work. I
