Stay on the coast of Maine near Tenant's Harbor

The location of the house is amazing, and the view spectacular. The sound of the waves crashing against the rocks was a soothing sound throughout the day and the walking trails in the woods were an unexpected bonus. The house was the perfect size for our family and we appreciated having three bedrooms with ocean views. The only cons were minor: some more silverware in the kitchen would be appreciated as would more storage to unpack clothes in the bedrooms, and we felt we needed to use spring water for drinking and cooking given the iron in the well water. That being said, we hope to have the opportunity to return to this property again!

Unmatched views of the sea

This seaside property has a most spectacular view of the ocean from every room in the house. The house has large windows which make it light filled and airy. The furniture is comfortable with lovely decor. It was nice to have heat on one chilly night. A few of the amenities listed we were not able to locate such as the hot tub, hair dryer and outdoor grill. Access from the parking area to the house was down a hill which was challenging when loading and unloading the car. But regardless, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage by the sea. The owner was able to be reached by phone and was most helpful.
