Every home has a story to tell...Welcome to a remarkable piece of Boise's history. Nestled on the renowned Warm Springs Avenue, and completely turn-key, this distinguished home takes you on a journey through time, immersing you in the charm and character of a bygone era. Countless historical details have been remarkably preserved while thoughtful updates provide the conveniences and luxuries of modern day living. The foundation of the home is made of stone from legendary Table Rock and the backyard is truly a spa-like private oasis with an adjustable 100% Geothermal Hot Spring, that can be set from 75-115.

It is nearly impossible to name all of the features inside the walls of this exquisite home, but a few of them you'll find are: 100+ year old original oak flooring, geothermal heating, large bay windows, as well as 2 large bedrooms with temperpedic beds, a speakeasy game room and much more.

Located on coveted Warm Springs Avenue, STEPS from downtown all while being quaint and quiet.

Nearby you can enjoy Boise River & Green Belt, Military Reserve, Boise's best restaurants, Botanical Gardens, and BSU football.

Built in 1905, this bungalow has been apart of Boise’s History for many years. This home is heated by radiant Geothermal water ran through radiators, and has its very own private mineral hot spring.

Along with the beauty of the home, we have included a 1964 Camper for your pleasure, which can be used to sleep 1, or just to play cards in and enjoy.

There are 2 queen beds in the home, and one brand new pull out sofa Queen, as well making it comfortable for 6 people if the camper is not utilized.

The home is equipped with A/C, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and all supplies needed to use.

As you enter the property, you will find yourself in the front porch where you can hang your jackets, hats, and put up your shoes.

The TV is a smart TV that you will be able to sign into any streaming service you please. Youtube TV is complimentary with your stay, as well as Peacock Streaming Services.

The dining room features an antique wooden table with caned chairs and a leaf that can be taken out if needed. You will also find the heating thermostat in this room.

The kitchen includes very fun retro tile with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig with complimentary locally roasted coffee and coffee pods for your morning cup of joe. In the cupboards and drawers, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal, or entertain.

The bathroom includes custom tile throughout with a vanity to hold your items, warming towel rack, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your use.

There are large towels provided for guests along with hand towels and washcloths for use. As you make your way to the back of the house, you will end up in the game room with a game table that includes a set of chess and checkers. There is seating for lounging and a side table for a game of cards.

The laundry room speaks for itself as there is a front loading washer and dryer along with detergent pods and dryer sheets for your use.

Walking out the back door will lead you to the backyard where you will find a propane fire pit with 4 oversized adirondack chairs, as well as a large stainless steel grill if you are entertaining, or wanting to cook outside. There is also a retro camper that is perfect for conversations, cards or an extra bunk. Last but not least you will find a 100% geothermal hot spring for you and your friends to relax in after a long day exploring all Boise has to offer. The temperature generally ranges from 95-107 degrees, and the water is very therapeutic. It can also be adjusted to your liking, just ask.

We are excited to host you!

Boise Staycation
Only in Boise can your soak in a natural geothermal tub blocks from downtown. The owner of the property went to great lengths to restore and keep the early 19th century charm of the interior. Spotless and clean inside and out! Walking distance from all the trendiest bars and coffee joints! The owner Chase exemplifies "Boise Nice"
