The property is absolutely gorgeous! The host has landscaped the home and grounds beautifully—pictures simply cannot capture how stunning it truly is. The interior is cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and inviting seating around the fireplace. Four of us Mah Jongg players brought our own card table and chairs for evening play, and, with plenty of space between the living area and the bedrooms, comfortably left it in place throughout our stay. Music throughout the outdoor space was a perfect touch!

10/10. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Amazing time, place and host. Highly recommend. The property is awesome! Great food nearby but even better, great pool and house. This won’t disappoint and we plan on coming back soon!!

This place is such a gem! You will forget that you’re just outside of a big city and really feel like you’re in Tuscany. Outdoors are beyond words with the beautiful landscaping and there is a constant breeze that keeps it cool even in the hot summer months! The host is very easy to communicate with and fast response time. This is our second time booking this house. Incredible!

The host is amazing and very helpful with any recommendations needed and help with the house. We will stay here again, the view is absolutely gorgeous, and the hot tub was so nice after a long day of shopping! The outdoor space is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice!

The house is lovely and comfortable, but the pool and gardens are even more impressive and unexpected. This was a perfect spot for our Round Top visit. We would recommend and would return gladly.

Amazing stay for Round Top! The property is gorgeous and the house was well appointed and had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer - the house and grounds were great! Would love to stay here again!

This place is a real piece of Tuscany! As soon as you exit the vehicle you're greeted by music and the sound of a creek that sets the really sets ambiance. A beautiful home that is better in person than the photos. Communication with the host was great! He was always available to turn on/off the hot tub as needed. The only thing that was weird was that there's no bathroom door for the master bath, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure to visit the Jersey Farm! You can feed the animals, bottle feed a calf and milk a cow. We took home fresh milk and a few tshirts from their store. We'll definitely keep this house on our list of favorites!

The outdoor area of this house is a dream! Beautifully landscaped, well manicured and peaceful. The inside is inviting and extremely well-kept. Communication with the host was easy and response times were immediate. We will stay here again!

Great escape!

We had so much fun with friends here. We explored La grange and it was a short drive to round top and other fun things to see! We relaxed and played games at the house and the setting was perfect! Would stay again.

Relaxing small town

We were very comfortable for our 3 night stay. The outdoor space was gorgeous and the built in spa is so beautiful! We loved the decor and polished concrete floors. We will be listening to Spanish guitar music from now on
