Clean and easy. Just note close to msin road and facing that way, so you hear lots of road noise. In summer would be good if the fire place could be fully turned off; the pilot light too. The glass was very hot to the touch and counter acted the AC. Good overall. Quiet building and very clean.

Great Spot

Cozy spot, as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and this was enough space for all of us. The single bed in the upstairs bedroom was very small, and the room with bunk beds is cave-like, but our kids enjoyed it. Hot tub and game room were all functioning and were easy to access. Close to Tahoe Vista and grocery stores and restaurants.
