This second-floor condo is huge and offers wide ocean views through picture windows adorned with elegant shutters that open up and help tame the bright sunrise. This unit was designed and remodeled to dazzle and entertain with its gourmet kitchen, its long dining table, a reversible and dual pool/air hockey table, its living room with Bluetooth speaker system, Live TV and any apps of your choosing, while inviting the unencumbered ocean views to the party.

The public beach access is only steps away. Gone are the long walks to and from the beach. We bring you the beach and the ocean views anytime you want to treat yourself to a nice swim, some sun tan, or just a leisurely stroll. And on your way back, feel free to wash away the sand at one of the 2 showers at the back corners of the property.

And for the EV car owners, we got your back with 2 EV ChargePoint chargers. Parking is not sweat with your dedicated parking area.

And for those working away from home and gamers, we provide stable gigabit internet/WiFi. We've monitored the service and can assure you that it is very reliable. Uptime has been amazing.

Last but not least, we have a backyard and provide beach chairs, seating around the fire pit. In addition, you have access to charcoal BBQ grills.

Fernandina Beach Ocean View

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a 3 month old! Being able to sit on the couch in the morning and look out at the ocean was a plus! The pool table was also a plus! The owner was very responsive answering my questions. I would recommend this property to others!

Amazing views

I visited with my husband and two adult sons. It was wonderful! Such a great location and amazing views! It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the game table. It was perfect since we were indoors a good bit, due to hurricane Milton. The rental was right across the street from beach access, and there was nothing blocking the view to the beach. We cooked a few times, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Ray sent helpful information about the rental, and the check-in process went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.
