Quiet clean property

This house was conveniently located close to Mayo Clinic in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a nice walking trail behind the house which was a great place to walk our dog. I would highly recommend this place.

This house was perfect. Clean, neat and comfortable. I told Bill it was like walking into a house where you expect Mom to be baking a fresh apple pie.

Extended stay near Mayo

We (3 adults and 1 small dog) stayed at the property for 3 weeks during ongoing treatment at Mayo Clinic. The house is very close to Mayo on a quiet street, making for a convenient, comfortable stay. The enclosed backyard opens to pretty, peaceful walking trails, which we and our dog enjoyed. The strong wifi also enabled us to work remotely. In all, we recommend this property and would look to stay here again if the need arose.

Perfect house to stay during Mayo appointments

This was the perfect place to stay during my busy week at the Mayo clinic. The house was clean well stocked. Bill was very accommodating to work with our schedule that changed. The neighborhood was very quiet. The accomodations were perfect for my family of four with dog. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for the kids to take the dog for walkThe city walking trails out the back was very convenient. If needed we would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, good location

The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were labels on the light switches and cabinets which were really helpful for finding things. We liked the electric fireplace to keep the main living area cozy. The driveway was long enough for the multiple cars we had, as we all came from different directions. There was hardly any traffic on the street, and we liked being able to use the nearby walking path for a little exercise. The location was very convenient for the swim meet at the Rec Center that we were in town for, and many stores were just a few miles away.
