The condo is not as described. NOT NEWLY UPDATED !! Old beds, old furniture, old carpeting, bath tube shower poorly drained, the condo hasn’t been updated since it was constructed from the 80’s. I complained to the host day 1. The host didn’t help! At check out I was being charged erroneously and scammed to pay additional money.Terrible experience!! Don’t rent !!

The condo has been significantly upgraded from its original 1980s condition, like many units at Bellasera Resort. Upgrades include new living room furniture, mattresses and bedding, carpeting, appliances, kitchenware, smart TVs, and smart thermostat. Fresh brand-new towels and hotel-quality sheets are provided for every guest in addition to FREE wifi and complementary parking and resort access.
We addressed the guest's concerns on arrival and invited contact for any issues during the stay, but received no further communication.
The unit remained occupied one full day past the reservation end without any request or communication for an extension. The additional charges were applied for the unauthorized extra night and late checkout per our house rules.

Just steps from the Naples Pier and Historic Palm Cottage (the oldest home in Naples) is the Third Street South shopping district.
