Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CHECK-OUT: -Check-out time is by 11:00 am -Report any damage to the Manager -Remove sheets from each bed used and leave them on the floor by the bed -Start a load of towels.
-Take all personal items with you. -Turn on the dishwasher before you leave (OK if you start as you leave) -Turn the thermostat up to 75 in Summer and 65 in Winter

House and location were wonderful. Unobstructed view of the beach with easy access next to house. Only thing that could have been better was there were 4 of us staying for 3 nights - we had plenty of towels but only 4 bath rags so we had to wash daily. Would stay there again.

We loved staying at the house. The host responded to me very quickly about check inn. The only thing I would say is there is not enough space to put groceries inn. We had to move something out of the cabinets so that we could have space for our Groceries. People leave things they don't use and that can be nice. There was a lot of things left and it took up some room for our groceries. Moving something around and using the bar was a quick fix.LOVED THE HOUSE ON THE BEACH

The property was gorgeous! Check in was super easy. David (the property manager) was very kind and communicative. We didn't have any issues. There was plenty of detergent for the washer/dryer and plenty of soap for the dishwasher. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for coming. The general store is a quick 10 min drive from the house. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day get away. The house is far enough removed from the busier neighborhoods that the beach wasn't busy at all. And it's just a 30 second walk from the house. The patio shower made cleanup a breeze. The whole family, including the dogs, had a great time. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Beautiful oceanfront view

We absolutely loved sitting on the big covered porch watching the sunrise and sunset! Beachfront property that had everything we needed. Highly recommend.
