We had a perfect stay! Everything was great and the home is in a central location between family’s house and downtown!! And the backyard is ideal if you travel with pets!! We will definitely be staying again!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was very spacious and gave everyone room to relax together or recharge separately. The backyard was a very lovely place to spend time. The location was perfect for us. Close to downtown and not far from Highway 99. The kitchen had all we needed to prepared meals. I would certainly rebook and recommend this property for large families visiting in Chico.

The house is beautiful and clearly well cared for in a nice neighborhood. The fenced back yard is so green and pleasant and would be great for pets. My small granddaughters loved running on the green grass and throwing themselves down on the grass. The bathroom in the master bedroom is so perfect with double sinks, a tub and shower. We were there for my other granddaughters wedding so didn’t spend as much time there as we would have liked. Since we have several grandkids living in the area, we will be back. I especially loved the way our hosts responded almost immediately every time I sent them a message. That is super valuable to me!

Home provided a quiet home base for a warm Chico weekend. The AC worked great and made the house most comfortable. Lush green backyard.Would suggest a screen door on the back slider to keep the mosquitoes out when the sun goes down. Hosts communicated clear instructions well.

Great place to stay

We came to Chico for our granddaughter's wedding. We stayed 3 nights. The house was located near the wedding venue and near another rental that our family used, so it was easy to see everyone. It was also close to shopping and no restaurants. We had a great time!
