We had a chance to fish, bbq, and spent some good family time. The Casitas were very clean, nice WiFi, lots of tvs, very peaceful. Todos disfrutamos nuestra estancia, muy limpio y moderno.

About the host
Hosted by Lisa Graves
I grew up in Harlingen, TX, and live on South Padre Island. I remember coming to the Arroyo as a child with my family. It brings back a such happy time in my childhood. I want to offer families and groups the opportunity to create lasting memories of their own.
Why they chose this property
Arroyo Casitas is located directly across the river from the Las Palomas Wildlife Management Area. This is part of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Dept. and is one of the most diverse areas in the Valley, It makes for an ideal location for birders and wildlife viewers in South Texas. The back patio and living areas offer an excellent vantage point for watching the waterbirds that crowd these waters. Look for Least Grebe, several species of ducks including resident Ruddy Ducks and Black-bellied Whistling Ducks, flycatchers, the Great Kiskadee, Osprey, and so many more!
What makes this property unique
Location! Waterfront homes on an acre with plenty of room and privacy for large groups and families.
