Our cozy Little red cottage is in an older charming neighborhood only 8 blocks from downtown Newberg; convenient to walk or bike to coffee, shopping, restaurants, art, and more. Dozens of wineries in the area to choose from. Newberg is the gateway to wine- country, being the closest town in Yamhill County to Portland (40 minutes).. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

Cute cottage

This cottage is very easy to get to and off the main roads. Sitting on the front porch was very relaxing watching the comings & goings of the neighborhood convenience store across the street. The kitchen remains with "period decor" right down to the Fiestaware colorful dishes. The bed was comfortable and the portable airconditioner worked well to cool off the whole house. The main downside was figuring out the "smart" tv. There is no cable TV, so you have to log into your personal Netflix, Prime, etc. subscription.
