This is a cute, clean house within walking distance to downtown and easy biking distance to the Razorback Trail, Slaughter Pen Trail and more. We’d definitely stay here again.

We will be back again! We came for mountain biking and this was a great house in an ideal location. Walk to the square in minutes, and ride to the trails easily! The house was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.

Such an amazing location. It's close to downtown and the trails. The bike garage area is so helpful to keep your bikes safe and maintained while getting in your miles. The house itself is clean and well stocked with any necessities you could need.

Property was super close to downtown Bentonville, so that was our favorite takeaway! It was clean (but I prefer properties that are a little more well stocked for visitors…although host stated on the booking so it was no surprise). Cute home in a great area, but I need a little more homey vrbo. I will say, it’s set up perfectly for a mountain biking group…with great space for bikes! Take away: Location, location, location!!
