Bright and airy second floor condo is located ocean side at the corner of 30th Street and Baltimore Ave. The beach is a short 400 foot walk (2 minutes). Boardwalk is 4 blocks away. This unit is located in a prime location. Walk to Fishtales, Jolly Rogers, Mother’s Cantina and Higgins Crab House.

Our family friendly condo has a furnished covered porch with ocean view and plenty of people to watch. Amenities include 1 King Bed Room, 1 queen bed room, and a 3rd beedroom with 3 twins and a double bed. There is also a queen pullout sofa. Two bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully renovated including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bright lighting. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, washer/dryer and cable TV.

Please bring your own linens and paper products. King and Queen beds require deep pocket sheets for pillow top beds.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING

A great condo with all the necessities in a great location. The living room and kitchen were very stocked; had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

This space is wonderful and very spacious for a family vacation! Close walk to the beach, several restaurants and Jolly Roger’s amusement park! The host is very accommodating and has constant open communication! Highly recommend!

Amazing host, perfect location !

I had an amazing experience staying at this home in OC MD. The host was top notch through and through, communication was as good as it gets, accommodations were more than adequate and the location was about as good as you want to get in OC MD! Amazing restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was about as short of a walk as you can get. I will definitely be visiting again, in the very near future! Treat yourself to a great experience and amazing hosts!

Very nice condo!

My family rented this unit and another in the same building. Both units were well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Owner Tony and his maintenance staff were very responsive to all our needs and questions. It was a very short walk to the ocean, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Great Location

We had a great stay. Quick walk to the beach and other restaurants and attractions. Floors were pretty dirty (my babies hands and feet were very dirty from crawling around) but clean and inviting otherwise. Tony was very responsive and accommodating, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We’d definitely stay again!

The getaway was amazing.

The location and environment were great. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the rental. We spent the first hour sweeping and wiping down surfaces. We notified Tony and he was looking into his cleaning crew.

Family Vacation

Our week here was great, location for us was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the water park, fantastic. The location is also about 3-4 blocks from the end of the boardwalk so you are able to relax and enjoy but easily get to the boardwalk anytime you want
