Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and everything is private. There is no shared spaces at the home.
Other things to note
If you are only looking to party and be loud this is not the home for that. Located in a quiet neighborhood and NO loud parties will be permitted. The home and the neighbors must be respected at all times.
Pool heating is available in the Winter Months. Charge to heat the pool is $75 per day or $350 per week. Must notify manager of desire to heat pool at least 72 hours in advance of stay.
This property accommodates MAXIMUM 8 people without prior authorization from management.
Minimum Age to book - 25 years old.
Our Property Manager may meet you upon check-in to to view your ID and ensure the size of your guest group.
IF you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management so a pool safety notice can be provided.
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.
Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.
NOTICE: Using this property for following purposes is prohibited:
1. Any nonresidential use; 2. Holding a special event that requires a permit or license pursuant to a city or town ordinance or state law or rule; 3. Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet hall or similar use;4. Housing sex offenders; 5. Operating or maintaining a sober living home; 6. Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography; 7. Operating a nude or topless dancing; 8. Obscenity; 9. Adult-oriented business; or 10. Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39. Registration: 21438740

Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal has been established to make the process of providing the required information easy and to take very little time.
* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.
(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.
(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)
* Pool and Spa Indemnification. VERY IMPORTANT: At no time is a lifeguard on duty.
All renters staying in properties with either a pool and/or a spa must digitally execute a Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. (REQUIRED)
* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.
(a) Time Change Policy: All requests for early arrival and/or late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy requirements and schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival request updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure updates. Failure to obtain advance approval for a late departure will incur a $100 fee for overstaying your authorized departure time.
(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Health, Safety, and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
