Welcome to our home - Stunning Scottsdale Retreat.

This listing includes the entire home with large yard. It is located in far and Scottsdale, approximately 25 minutes North of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

It is professionally managed and the property manager can easily be reached if needed.

The beautiful home has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms.

Large master bedroom with king size bed, TV and work desk and chair.. Master bathroom has shower/tub combo and double vanities.

Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3 with queen-sized bed.
Both have TVs. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting the two rooms.

Open and fully stocked kitchen with coffee station and SS appliances.

Family rooms has a large TV and fireplace plus a view to the amazing backyard.

Beautiful dining room area is located at the front of the house with a view of the backyard.

Pool Table is also available and is located next to the kitchen.

Full size washer and dryer included.

The home is located on an oversized & private interior corner lot. Just a block South of Jack Rabbit Basin Park & 2 blocks away from Desert Horizon Park, Sports facility and a great playground.

Backyard boasts an enormous, covered patio, pool, inground spa, gazebo / ramada w/ built in BBQ PLUS large lush grassy area.

Pool can be heated for $100 per day.

There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or garage.

Other things to note:

Any City of Scottsdale noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

$2000 fine for smoking inside the house.

If you bring a pet without notifying us, there will be a $500 fine.

Strict “no house party” policy. Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.
