This Beautiful 5-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,300 sq ft home located in Old Town Scottsdale, is “literally” walking distance to Scottsdale’s famous clubs, restaurants, art galleries and shopping.

THE DIFFERENCE
** It is my goal to welcome you into my home and to have you enjoy your stay in Scottsdale. Whether you’re new or old to vacation renting, I want this process to be easy on you and for you to know you can book with confidence. If you have questions prior to your trip, I’m happy to assist you. During your stay I am also available to help with any issues that may arise. **

My home boasts a chef's dream with a large granite island, stainless steel high end appliances, and a open floor plan ideal for entertaining. If you've come to Scottsdale to relax in the sun, this home opens up to a large private pool with a waterfall in your very own back yard. This home also offers you your very own lush orange and lemon trees, which I encourage you to enjoy throughout your visit. Scottsdale Stadium (The Spring Training home of The SF Giants) is 1 block away, the Continental Golf Course & Driving Range is 1 block away, the Scottsdale Greenbelt (Walkway & Bike path) is 1 block away, the Scottsdale Library is 2 blocks away, The Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) is a short 10 min walk. Don’t feel like walking, there are free Scottsdale trolley routes that stop near the house and will get you to everywhere you want to go from this central location. The Phoenix Zoo is a 10 min drive. Rockies & DiamondBack fans...Salt River Fields are a 12 min drive. Easy access to the 101 freeway. Close to Fashion square mall, various 5-Star spas and golf courses. It is relaxing to be a 2 min drive or 10 min walk to everything one visits Scottsdale for. You'll love it so much you will want to come back!

This home features tile and hardwood floors with modern décor welcome you to this open concept, ranch-style home. Natural light streams through walls lined with windows, illuminating the home’s finishes and wall art.

Grab a seat on the HUGE sectional couch while enjoying popcorn as you flip through channels on the 75" flat-screen TV. The space also includes 2 cozy armchairs.

The chef in your group can look forward to working their magic in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and new maple cabinetry. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee/espresso, your lunch, and dinner around the large custom dining table fit for 10+.

The backyard is Arizona landscaped and comes complete with yard games. Enjoy happy hour cocktails on the patio or go for a refreshing swim in the pool. This outdoor space also includes a stainless steel grill for evening cookouts. There are live cameras on the exterior of the house for security.

After a day spent outdoors, retreat to the bedrooms for some down time. All of the beds come complete with comfortable beds and cotton sheets, blankets, and pillows for peaceful slumbers.

“NOT TOTALLY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE “

Being wheelchair bound, this home is not REALLY wheelchair accessible. Doorways to access bedrooms and bathrooms were not truly very easy to maneuver in and out. It took patience, as I didn’t want to ruin the home. A strong odor of dog smell, when the description stated no pets. No picture of the front of the home, and other discrepancies. Otherwise, this home would be adequate for someone who is NOT wheelchair bound.

Great Spring Training base

We had a great stay here-- the location is fantastic (15 min. walk to Old Town Scottsdale; 5 minute walk to Scottsdale Stadium), and the open floor plan makes the living room/kitchen area feel very spacious. Having the pool was a nice bonus. Check-in was a breeze. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Like staying in a Frat house

8 of us booked the house because it was close to old town Scottsdale, which it was. We also rented it because we planned a craft retreat and needed lots of room. The host knew we were 8 women for 7 days. He left us with 3 rolls of toilet paper and two dishwasher tablet, and no blankets on the beds in early February. The toilet ran unless we jiggled the handle and the main bathroom shower was unusable because there was no way to get water to the shower head - the handle controlling that function just spun uselessly. One of the bedrooms is unfinished: no trim around the door and the threshold is just a gaping span between tile and flooring inside the room. We felt it didn’t meet the standards of any of the previous VRBO properties we have stayed in. The house needs lots of attention and was not a comfortable place for us to spend a week. To be honest, we read the description and looked at the pictures, but the reality did not measure up. The proximity to Old Town was the best thing about this house, but not enough for me to recommend it to others.

Best Location!

This was a great home and very spacious for many guests. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool is beautiful, but not heated. There is a park/golf course 2 blocks away with a dandy walking/bike trail which is beautiful. We have stayed in several VRBOs, & are very picky. Some pointers: The grout in master bath needs repair, baths need hooks or towel bars, A dresser in BR with locked closet would be great. We are old and would have loved dining room chairs to rest our backs. The benches are cute but not comfortable for older people. Would have been nice to eat outside, but there was no table. Definitely would have given this 5 stars if we were younger!

As far as big picture stuff, this place was amazing!!! You can't find a better value this close to downtown. The place was clean, comfortable, and there were no surprises. We walked to Scottsdale stadium, downtown, and groceries. All the other places I looked at for this trip were much more expensive. We had trouble getting in and Tom had the neighbor there within a few minutes and we were in the house. Here's where I get super critical on smaller details that I think would have earned the 5th star. The doorknob had a little trick to it and I think it would be beneficial to include that in the check-in instructions. If we had been stumbling in at midnight I think all parties involved would not be happy. I couldn't find a bike pump anywhere and the tires were low. I rode it to get groceries but it would be nice to have instructions on where the pump is. One of the shower heads is old and leaves much to be desired. The other one is the kind you can hold in your hand but it doesn't really fit in the holster when you go to put it up. Like I said, big picture stuff is great and I would book this place again in a heartbeat. You know a place is good when the only thing I can find to criticize is bike pumps, doorknobs, and shower-heads.

We enjoyed the large roomy kitchen/ living room. It was easy for our son in a power wheelchair to move around the room. Tom made ramps for us to get into the house at front and back doors which worked very well. Our son did not need to get into the bathroom but it might be tight for a big wheelchair. The location was good and parking was not a problem. I would definitely rent this house again but next time I am hoping for warmer weather so we can use the pool!

Best family vacation ever! This house had everything that you could want or need including a pack n play and lawn and pool games. Great place to stay for any age. We had an infant, parents, grandparents and great grandparents and it was perfect for all of us. This house was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything needed! Great location! In walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and convenience and grocery store! We would definitely stay here again! The pool was the biggest disappointment. It looks nothing like the photo. It was dirty when we arrived. A neighbor came over to clean it, but it didn't make a huge amount of difference. The pool service came the next day and "shocked" the pool, but that didn't help much either. One of our party spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to get it resolved. The owner felt it was resolved, but none of us did. No one got in the pool the entire time we were there. The pool was one of the reasons the house was chosen, but we couldn't even use it.
