Bathrooms are equipped with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, with a bathtub and bidet available for added comfort.

Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are provided along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and small appliances like a toaster, blender, rice maker, and coffee maker. A large dining table welcomes shared meals and easy conversation.

Everyday comforts
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi (159 Mbps, verified by speed test) and a dedicated workspace with a door for privacy. The home includes central air conditioning, a split-type ductless system, heating, and ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and entertainment options include a TV and ethernet connection.

Families will find a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair ready to use, plus room-darkening shades and open living spaces suited for all ages. With a single-level layout and no stairs, this home provides easy access throughout.

Safety & access
Self check-in is available with a keypad. The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras monitor only the front porch, RV parking area, and pool entrance—none are located in private areas like the backyard or hot tub. Parking includes five driveway spaces and a Level 2 EV charger.
