Welcome to A Cozy Getaway! Our newly renovated condo is located just one block away from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. We're thrilled to offer our first vacation rental to you! The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a washer, and a dryer, while the living room has a flat-screen TV, a cozy electric fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa for the little ones. Inside our kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, including a Keurig machine for your morning coffee. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of The Comedy Barn, The Island, Go-Karts, and a variety of restaurants in the area. Gatlinburg is just a short drive away, and Dollywood is only 3.9 miles from the condo. Our location is peaceful and safe, while still being close to all the attractions. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat for a few days, but still want to be near all the area has to offer, then our condo is the perfect choice for you.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and it was clear the owners take great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.The location was perfect—close to so many attractions in Pigeon Forge, yet peaceful enough to unwind after a busy and fun-filled day. We visited several attractions during our trip, and everything was within about a 10-minute drive, which made getting around incredibly convenient.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice and updated! Great location close to the island and within walking distance from a lot of attractions. One block off the main strip so it’s not so noisy and still easy to get out in a vehicle even during rod run! Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for the Fall Rod Run and it was perfect for us. Short walk to the parkway, quiet neighbors, very clean and comfy. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The area was actually really quiet which they don't seem to be anymore. Parking is right at the unit. There is a full size washer and dryer which some might find handy. The listing says "coffee maker" that is it, they don't supply Kcups so I guess you bring them from home. "Have Kcup will travel" I always say. No toiletries other that a small "hotel" soap. Bring your own. It is close to Pigeon Forge "Island" area, food, museum, nice area. Says "walkable" but if you are a little older, may want to drive.

We have stayed in several places but this one is the best stayed there the last two years me and my wife luv it its very clean and in a great quiet neighborhood close to everything the owners are very nice and are easy to get up with we love it

Great place in a central location!

We had a great stay in this well maintained condo in a great location in Pigeon Forge. The condo had everything we needed including washer/dryer and a usable kitchen. We were able to get to all the fun things and restaurants really quickly from this location. We found the space to be pretty quiet and had ample parking out front. As the other reviews mentioned the internet is pretty slow so bring your own hotspot. I think for the price it was a great place to stay.
