This beautiful and spacious 1920’s home is centrally located in Lawrence, Kansas and is walking distance to the KU campus and 1 block from downtown Lawrence. The home overlooks the famous South Park and has breathtaking park views of its stunning trees and gardens. This home was fully renovated in 2023 with attention to detail throughout the home to keep that 1920’s charm. Please come stay and enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer! We are a family of five that absolutely love this charming Lawrence home. With three young kids we are always on the move and enjoy spending time in the outdoors.

With the proximity to downtown Lawrence and the KU campus we could not ask for a more convenient location. This home also overlooks beautiful South Park.
