Exceeded Expectations

Loved our time here! We span three generations of one extended family and we all enjoyed ourselves with plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the historic spaces with modern upgrades. We will return!

Neptune Beach

I hesitate to recommend this property because I want to keep it for myself! The house is well organized for sleep and leisure, well appointed and wonderfully located across the street from a private beach. A perfect setting for a terrific summer vacation with family!
