Nestled in the private community of Giants Neck Beach overlooking Rocky Neck State Park & the Long Island Sound, this beautiful property boasts spectacular views with private beach & community tennis/pickleball court access.

Perfect for large families in any season, amenities include a multi-vehicle driveway, outdoor covered hot tub, large deck w/ firepit & grill, private outdoor space, a relaxing pond, brand new washer/dryer, heating, AC, Wi-Fi, smart TV's and more.

You will have access to a private path that leads directly to the state park as well as to one of our more private beaches.

There are 4 newly renovated full bathrooms equipped with essentials, a second living room/den perfect for children or guests as well as a spacious multi-purpose room with a pull-out sofa bed, light exercise equipment & fireplace. Stay longer and work from your home away from home and create a comfortable workspace equipped with super fast Wi-Fi.

For the fishing and water sports enthusiast, you'll be able to cast for stripers & blues yards away from the house or easily launch your kayak or paddle board from any of our beaches.

Explore the area with ease and wander the rows of the famous Book Barn stacked with miles of books and a petting zoo only minutes from the house. Visit the nearby historic town of Mystic and enjoy the day at the Aquarium. For more excitement, try your luck at Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods casinos both located only 20 minutes away.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all Air Conditioning or Heat via the remotes. Turn off any used Propane tanks.
Bring in awning and make sure the switch is in the OFF position. Lower Hot Tub to 96 degrees and remove any sand or debris.
Hang any wet towels. Do not throw in hampers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hot Tub: a $350 refilling fee will be charged if any glass is found or if tub is too dirty for the next guests to use. Pls rinse off before use.
Please keep all outside doors CLOSED when not in use. TURN OFF all propane tanks, EXTINGUISH any fires and SHUT OFF garden hoses after each use.
Please RETURN kayaks and any other equipment to the property after each use. DO NOT leave on beach.

Great Vacation Home

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views, close to the beach, great neighborhood, and it had everything our family needed to feel like home away from home. Andrei is a great communicator and is a very thoughtful and welcoming host. I highly suggest this place for families - the beach is very family-friendly and there is a cute downtown with shops and restaurants that aren’t too far away if you want to get out of the neighborhood.

Wonderful house, spectacular view!

Andrei has supplied this house with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook at the house: blender, food processor, plenty of glasses, plates, etc. to host. We enjoyed bringing one of the kayaks down to the beach for a tour of the coastline while others lazed about on the beach chairs provided, floated or kicked around on boogie boards. The house has plenty of space for everyone to find some peace and quiet, while the common area and deck can fit everyone for dinner, drinks, games…you name it. 10/10 - already planning our stay for next summer!

Awesome house in an amazing location! Perfect for our large family as there is a large kitchen/dining/living area and huge deck for all to gather, but still plenty of space for everyone to spread out - especially with the downstairs den and bonus room. The house is super clean, kitchen very well stocked (literally everything that you’ll need), and tons of really thoughtful extras provided - board games, beach supplies, towels, kayaks, fire pit, grill, and hot tub (just to name a few). Several beaches are a short and easy walk away, and on cloudy days the deck with retractable awning won’t disappoint. Andrei provided tons of super helpful information and is extremely responsive. Thank you for being a great host!

Perfect getaway!

We loved our stay!! This home has everything with plenty of space to spread out, which was great with 5 teens! The location is great, featuring a wonderful deck overlooking the shore and just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. So easy to come back to the house for the restroom or to get snacks, etc. The kitchen was stocked with every possible necessity. There are two hang out rooms downstairs, the one with the pull out is completely private, so it could be used as a separate bedroom (was hard to tell that from the pictures). The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially when the weather wasn’t right for the beach. Clear directions and information. We will be returning next year!!!
