Want a quiet, peaceful, and tropical beach getaway ? Well, look no further than LaLa`s Beach house! This beach house is perfectly nestled in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beach, enjoy some of the best surfing Florida has to offer, or relax and get a tan. Getting hungry? Walk down the road to the famous Flagler Avenue, where you can enjoy shopping and mouth watering restaurants.

This beach house is fully equipped to accommodate you and your family’s vacation! Bring the pup too because we’re pet friendly! Located on the first floor, enjoy a spacious master suite with a king size bed. The living room is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. A modern full size kitchen and bathroom with a walk in shower complete the space. The house also includes fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Going outside you will enjoy a beautiful backyard with a BBQ Grill, chairs and a hammock to kickback and relax.

Note, this is a shared property, the house is 3 floors, but each floor is completely private and separate from the next.

A note on Florida living. We're in a subtropical beach climate, and after rain or in warm weather you may occasionally see a gecko, a palmetto bug, or other small local visitors, even in a spotless home. Every property is professionally cleaned and on a regular pest control schedule. If you see something, message us and we'll send someone out right away. Because this is part of living on the coast and not a cleanliness issue, it isn't grounds for a refund or an early departure credit.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house in New Smyrna Beach. The location was absolutely perfect — close to the beach and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and spots to explore.The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially perfect for a smaller group and felt very cozy and relaxing. I also loved the thoughtful touch of guests leaving helpful items behind for the next visitors, and I was happy to do the same. It really added to the welcoming and community feel of the home.Overall, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We enjoyed it so much that I’m already hoping this becomes our yearly vacation spot going forward!

Don’t pass on this gem!

Property was exactly as described with lots of extras that are greatly appreciated when traveling! Quick walk to the beach with great access and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Host was great to communicate, 5 -stars for sure!

Lovely beach house close to everything

This ground-floor suite in a larger house was well appointed, clean, quiet, and private. The decor was pleasant in that coastal beach house way, and the hosts get high marks for thoughtfulness. Whenever we thought, "It would be great to have [a thing]", we found the thing already provided almost immediately. Flagler Avenue and the beach are a short walk away, and driving access to the mainland is also convenient. All told, an excellent place to stay!

Quiet & Convenient

We appreciated the location being a block from the beach, and a short walk to Flagler Avenue; quiet; and, overall, nicely appointed and comfortable. I loved the availability of blankets/throws, easy access to a washer and dryer, and the outdoor lounging /cooking space. The bed is a bit lumpy and soft with a pretty good dent in the middle of the bed for out preference. So for us, a firmer mattress would have made our stay more comfortable. The other reason for the 4-star instead of a 5 is that I had to request access instructions twice up until the afternoon of our arrival. That was a bit of a hassle (internet accessibility was a challenge) to login to my VRBO account while in transit to communicate and receive information about how to get in to the unit. Thank you ~

Jake made sure we had anything we needed - he was fantastic. It was clean and smelled wonderful upon our arrival. The kitchen had coffee pods for a keurig (I don't care for Keurig machines myself but it was there in a pinch when I needed a coffee)- We did get a little annoyed with little kids running upstairs all hours of the day or night (we have grandkids but didn't include them on this trip). Also the one and only bathroom is across the entire living room kitchen from the Master Bedroom, meaning us older folks had to find our way through the night to the bathroom and our adult son staying on the pull out sleeper in the living room was woken up multiple times with us stumbling around in the dark. The location was perfect and we could walk to just about anywhere on Flagler Ave.
