The master bedroom offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 features a double bunk bed. Need extra sleeping space? The double pull-out sofa in the living room has you covered for any last-minute guests.
Guests have full access to all spaces and appliances, with room for two cars/trucks in the driveway. Please note, the cabin sits at an elevation of just over 10,000 feet, which may not be suitable for those with altitude sickness or certain medical conditions. So pack your bags and bring your furry friends to this mountain retreat!

** AWD/4x4/chains required in the winter ** Please note that this home is located at an elevation of 10,000 on rural mountain roads. In the Colorado High Rockies, we can expect consistent snowfall October through May. At this elevation, you may even see snow in June on occasion! The driveway will be plowed if it snows over 4 inches, so having a vehicle with high clearance and AWD/4WD is absolutely necessary in winter months.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).
WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
