About this property

Welcome to our family retreat, a sprawling 12k square foot home designed to create memories with your loved ones.

We can accommodate up to 25 guests. Each guest bedroom features king or queen beds(one full bed), with additional twin and futon beds in nearly every room, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

Our gym has cardio and weightlifting equipment, a basketball court, and a climbing wall. The gym also transforms into a dance party with a high-quality sound system, disco lights, and a projector.

The game room features a ping pong table, billiards, darts, air hockey, a retro arcade, skeeball, pinball, and a card table.

Our 9-seat movie theater features reclining chairs, a 4K projector, and a premium sound system.

Our resort-style backyard has a large pool, a hot tub, a sprawling lawn, and a playground for the kids.

Umbrellas must be put down and wooden outdoor furniture must be covered when not in use due to CO weather conditions. Glassware is not allowed outside

Use of certain amenities (rock climbing wall, sauna, cold plunge) will require onsite supervised support, which may require additional fees.

Amazing house has it all

Our extended family stayed over Thanksgiving and the house was fantastic; it has everything for a large family gathering - pool, hot tub, ping-pong, video games, theatre room, etc. It was truly a wonderful experience and the owners were great - prompt responses to all communication. Highly recommend it to any large groups looking for one spot to share.
