Private stairs lead to a bright, open living area, with a modern kitchen and a direct oversize deck. Chef’s Kitchen has an island that lends to cooking and entertaining. The first level bedrooms have queen size premium beds and are on opposite sides of the entrance hallway- perfect for privacy and next to one of the two decks. On the same level- a Laundry closet and a recently updated full bath.

Gorgeous main deck with cushioned seating areas, Weber Grill and outdoor al fresco dining for 6; perfect for summer entertaining. Relax all day watching the cape light change. Take in sunsets and star gazing nights.

Up one flight is the master suite with a peak at the ocean and monument views. Bath has two vessel sinks and oversize stone shower with multiple water jets for you and a friend.

No parking worries- parking for 2 cars in tandem. Steps to Commercial Street and restaurants in the heart of the west end!

You can’t beat the location. One street away from commercial street. Quiet. Comfortable beds. So clean. My only suggestion is to say three flights of stairs so people are prepared. Otherwise. Amazing

Great Location, Great Property

Great property with really amazing proximity to Stop n' Shop, Mussel Beach, and Commercial street. Had everything we needed. Jim was quick and responsive on all comms and our check-in/check-out was simple and easy. We'd definitely stay again!

The owner Jim was so easy and kind to work with. Five of my friends and I stayed for a July 4th week and just loved it. The condo is modern, clean and close to everything. We would definitely recommend it and would consider staying there again.

Perfect vacation spot in Ptown

Jim is very responsive and a great host. The place is in the perfect spot - close to the shops and a short bike ride to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Comfortable and quiet!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The showers were fantastic! Google maps brought us to the wrong side of Bradford , so be sure to follow directions that the owner emails you. Our only small pet peeve was the toilet handles - they feel as if they are going to fall off and we had to keep adjusting the downstairs handle because the toilet kept running multiple times. And watch out for the wooden piece that sticks out into the driveway near the trash bins. I cut my wheel a little too hard trying to avoid a construction trailer parked across the street and caused damage to my front bumper & trim.

Beautiful Space with Amazing Deck

We had a great time at this nicely located property near P Town bikes. While it is on Bradford, this second story space does not get a lot of street noise and the bedrooms are facing away from this busier street. There is a very large master bedroom on the second floor of the unit with it’s own in-suite bathroom. The jacuzzi on that floor wasn’t working and is undergoing repairs. On the first floor of the unit, there is a nice spacious kitchen with an island and a well proportioned living room. This floor also has a deck off the kitchen that is fantastic, with a large outdoor sectional couch and a nicely sized table and umbrella along with a barbecue grill. When the weather is nice, this is the best place to hang out. The two bedrooms on the first floor are not that large but are perfectly acceptable. There was a minor issue with a couple of towel racks needing repair, but otherwise the place was nicely maintained. We appreciated the quiet Bosch dishwasher and washer/dryer conveniently tucked away in a utility closet near the kitchen. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and nicely located on the West End of town. We would all be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Provincetown!

Very nice deck

This is a nice apartment in good condition. The apartment is on the second and third floors of a house so if you have problems with stairs this would not be good. The layout is a little quirky with two very small bedrooms on the lower floor, and a HUGE master suite on the upper floor. There is a large deck that is lovely with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade. Many of the windows face Bradford Street which can be noisy, but the windows must be triple glazed because it was nice and quiet inside.

Lovely Condo!

Jim’s property was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was easily one of the most well stocked I’ve encountered in a rental. Location was great for exploring P-town on foot or bicycle. And I must add, it was quite refreshing to find art in a short term rental that was tasteful and appeared to be made by real humans :)Thanks Jim!

Great location

It is an easy walk to Commercial St. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty room for three adults or more. Condo is clean but worn. Stairs' railing to front door needs repair.

Great condo in P-town

Plenty of room and all the utensils and cookery needed for a nice cozy stay during a blustery March week. 1 block from Commercial Street and a quick drive to Stop and Shop made it very convenient. Well maintained and clean - Jim was a very communicative and accommodating host. Will look to stay here on our next trip to Provincetown

Great all around!

The house was great! Exactly as advertised. We forgot about the deck, which we ended up spending a lot of time on! Definitely a great perk of the house. Very walkable to all of the P-town staples. Would book with Jim again!

My husband David and I have been coming to Provincetown for 25 years. In fact, we also met here at a Herring Cove bon fire clam bake back in 2000. We've owned real estate since 2006 and now also opened a real estate law office two years ago. We have two other rental properties.

Why they chose this property

We are at the corner of Bradford and Conant Sts., across the street from Mussel Beach Gym, a few blocks away from The Boatslip and up the street from Victor's Restaurant and Liz's Cafe. It's convenient and close to so much!

What makes this property unique

We love our deck! It is the size of a Manhattan studio. We love coffee and the paper on deck in the morning. Lazy afternoons with friends in the afternoons and Martha Stuart Dinner Parties with gorgeous sunset skies leading into the night.

In the Master bath, we have two sinks and multi head shower.

No parking worries with two spaces. Ptown Bikes two doors away. Biking to the beach and happy hour at Victor's or The Red Inn on the way back.
