Boasting 3 decent size bedrooms with large open family dining and kitchen + large kids retreat in the house and another bedroom, living area and kitchenette in the cabin. 3 bathrooms, Pet friendly with a large fenced backyard. Enjoy the beautiful view down to the beach and lake from the large verandah whilst cooking up the perfect summer BBQ for dinner. Perfect for large families or a getaway with friends.

Everything you would want for a short holiday

My family and I stayed for a weekend at this house. It was beautiful, spacious and well equipted with ammenities. Every thing was comfortable and trouble free. I commend it to all holiday seekers.

Stay at Culburra Beach

Overall the property was ok, however there were quite a few issues with the property: 1. Property address listed on the VRBO app was wrong. We ended up trying to open someone else's property, a very unpleasant experience. 2. There were a lot of cockroaches and spiders in the property because of which we couldn't use the downstairs bathroom. Also many Cockroaches seen in the kitchen and dining area. 3. No fan or AC downstairs hence we couldn't use the downstairs in this humid and hot climate. Overall an unpleasant experience.

These comments unfortunately surprise me as host. The experience outlined is not the experience of recent former and current guests. Priding myself on presenting a clean and friendly environment for my guests to enjoy their holidays, I immediately contacted my cleaner, former and current guests to check the claim about significant pests and insects in the house and not one concurs with the review provided. As a recent provider of holiday rental accommodation I had made a mistake and indicated the wrong address by one number and that was quickly rectified once brought to my attention. Our photos make it quite clear which house has been booked. There are fans in the downstairs area and generally when we have been in the house a good breeze comes through at night in summer to cool the place down. Being a Christmas day check in and a hot and humid summer in Australia it is likely that a cockroach or spider or other insect will be observed unfortunately but claims of an infestation are completely wrong. I'm sorry this guest did not enjoy their experience overall despite my every effort to respond to the small concerns expressed. We have a great holiday house that i'm sure anyone else who decides to book it will enjoy.
