Minimal boat traffic makes this area perfect for dock swimming and exploring around the cove but still able to enjoy big water views and the sunset. SUP, canoe and dock space available if you want to bring your boat. This beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home has plenty to offer. Located 10 minutes from downtown Arley.
Only 22 minutes from exit 308 off 65. 15 mins by boat or car to Dunkin Bridge + Duskin Point. High speed wifi makes communicating and relaxing easy!

With 4 bedrooms, two living areas, an upper deck, a balcony and a screened in patio and it's own dock you'll have all that you need for a little R + R on the water. This home is brand new updated with all new furniture / mattresses / linens and decor. We built this home to share with friends + family - we hope you will enjoy making memories in a comfortable environment too!

2 smart TVs are in the home ready for any of your streaming services. High Speed Sprout Fiber Wireless is provided! We also have a gas grill located on the upper deck. Enjoy swimming off dock, fishing, kayaking or SUP. Bring your boat or rent one with space to dock in year-round water. This place has it all!

Fall fun!

What a great place to ring in fall. The fire pit, easy walk to the water, fireplace and more. This is such a beautiful home and in a wonderful location! We had a blast skipping rocks and checking for animal prints in the mornings. Also, the stars from the deck at night are incredible! We hope to be back very soon! Just lovely!
