We enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy Granny’s House. It’s in a great place, centrally located between old town and new town. Great AC system, well furnished, and clean. Michelle was responsive and very helpful. This will be our home away from home on future visits to see family.
Our stay at Michelle’s property was fantastic from start to finish! The kitchen had updated appliances and everything you’d need to prepare a meal. The house is wonderfully decorated with antiques and comfortable furniture, including a king sized bed. Our dogs loved running in the fenced in yard and there's ample parking out front. Michelle responded immediately to our requests and could not have been more accommodating. If we’re ever in Prattville again, we certainly would stay at granny’s house!
We stayed for a few days with one daughter and 2 dogs. The place was cute and comfortable for our needs. Very large backyard(ants piles aplenty). The location is close to a coffee shop, WinnDixie, and a Circle K. The trip to the base wasn't bad either. It was a pleasant experience.
We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much!! Our 2 dogs loved the fenced yard all around the house!! Bed was very comfortable!! We will definitely stay again!!!
We needed a place to stay while our house was going through a remodel and this house was just what we needed! The host was very responsive and she was also able to extend our stay when our renovations went longer than expected. I will recommend this home when I have relatives come to town.
Charming cottage close to many restaraunts and stores. Very comfortable bed, with well thought out extras. Also loved the nice big backyard for our dog to play. Thanks you very much.
My parents live nearby and we booked Granny’s house so we could bring our dogs with us. Our dogs absolutely loved the large fenced in yard. The house was the perfect size for us. The bed in the primary bedroom slept amazingly.
Home away from home. Sat on the porch and watched it rain. Easy drive to Wetumpka, Tallassee, Auburn, Tuskegee, Montgomery and Selma. Gracious and rapid responsive host.
The house was immaculate and beautifully stocked and decorated. There was a small issue on checking in, but Michelle went over the top to make sure everything was taken care of. We're definitely looking forward to staying there again. A Plus rating.
we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen enabled us to prepare breakfast and snacks. Front porch rockers added relaxing time. Quiet neighborhood. Spent 5 days there and was quite comfortable.
Hi! My name is Michelle. I've been hosting for over 2 years and absolutely LOVE doing this. I've had some of the most interesting guests stay at our place and I've enjoyed everyone of their stories!
Why they chose this property
This house was my husband's grandmother's house. He has so many fond memories of staying in this tiny, comfy home.
What makes this property unique
This home was built in the 1940's for a preacher, his wife and their 11 children. I had the opportunity to actually meet the 3 remaining children. They were excited to some see the updates we made and share their many memories of being raised in this house.
