Location was great! Rental was clean. NO hot water, Heater had died and was not able to be replaced until day of our departure. Bathrooms and kitchen needs to be updated and appliance in kitchen as well. Microwave seems to on its last breath. Window sills were VERY DIRTY. We were 3 senior citizens so elevator was fantastic. All in all we had a good visit and would definitely return to Coastal Cottage Lane!
