Phillip and Michelle were excellent at communicating with us both before and during our trip. However, we experienced a lot of issues at that property that needed addressed and/or repaired. The hosts did get us help for these issues very promptly and we appreciated that. However, for the cost, we think that these issues should have known and addressed prior to us checking in.
