Nice house good location. There is lot of construction right next door. Do not bother to try and check in early they will not reply to you and the door doesn’t unlock till exactly 4 PM. We were three minutes early.

Absolutely stunning

This home far more exceeded our expectations. This home is absolutely beautiful and the setting ideal with panoramic cascade mountain views and quiet, peaceful scenery. The home is laid out well with luxurious finishes and amenities. It’s ideal for upscale entertaining. I give it my highest recommendation and the only negative thing about our stay was that it ended.

We stayed at this Brasada Ranch property for a wedding in the area. While the house itself was generally clean, our experience was heavily overshadowed by a major issue with hidden fees and a lack of pricing transparency.The full cost of the rental needs to be completely transparent and included upfront in the VRBO or Airbnb listing price. Finding out about additional property fees through a separate follow-up email after the fact feels entirely like a bait-and-switch tactic. It is frustratingly similar to buying a concert ticket advertised for 100, only to discover at checkout that it has jumped to 135 once the hidden fees are tacked on.Consumers deserve an honest, upfront pricing process so we can make informed decisions without experiencing sticker shock at the final checkout. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing—especially given that we were in town for a packed wedding weekend and only had time to use the pool, making the heavy extra fees feel entirely unjustified for what we actually utilized.While the house was clean, the deceptive fee structure completely soured the experience. Transparent pricing from the start is an absolute must.
