Beach Club, a Resort Residence and Spa, is a gulf front property with shopping and dining just steps away from the front door. The Resort offers a 9000 square foot exclusive concept spa and retreat located on the first floor, an extraordinary health and fitness club featuring customized body treatments, facial treatments, massages and other luxurious salon experiences. Beach Club is part of the core area on this beautiful island and offers a refreshing lifestyle with open-air shopping, fine restaurants serving fresh local seafood, all within walking distance.

Residence on the 15th floor features a Designer Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Dining Room faces Gulf with breakfast bar, Living Room features gulf front views, floor to ceiling tinted glass, Balcony is 37 feet with tile floor and stainless steel outdoor cooking center, Master suite has King bed, floor to ceiling glass door to balcony, his and hers vanity with granite tops, walk-in shower and Large whirlpool spa bath, Guest suites have private bath and closets. All rooms have flat panel TV's. Second bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has a queen bed.

Located on the 15th floor directly above pool. Over 1600 square feet of luxury plus 350 square feet of balcony overlooking swimming pool.

Great location and view. Check in and out was easy and all communication was prompt. Our only complaint was the scant supply of TP, paper towels and trash bags. If you stay more than a few days plan on purchasing more. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely Experience

Condo was clean and well stocked. There were even beach towels available for our use. Tonya was easy to work with and all directions were clear. Beach Club is a beautiful property.

Great family vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay on the beach awesome views, the large balcony very comfortable seating. All the necessary kitchen supplies provided. Home away from home feel. Tonya was great to work with very responsive. Will def stay again in the future

Great Condo! Very clean , every kitchen appliance you could ever need. Beds were great & most importantly the BALCONY was fabulous!!! Easy in & out. Spa ( I’ll be sure to use on my next stay). Adult hours for the inside pool & sauna. Will definitely stay again. Worth every penny.

Spring Break with Teens

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner communicated promptly when I had questions. The beach views are incredible and it is soooooo nice to have a functioning ice maker in the condo. The balcony is very spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. The master bath shower has a very nice rain showerhead. Nice TVs are in each room though we did not use them.

Beautiful well equipped unit.

Well equipped unit that made for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful unit close to restaurants and shopping. Had difficulty locating the wifi info but owner was quick to assist. I did notice that the binder in the unit mentioned beach service but nothing on the listing or communication confirmed this.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our family meals. We had an issue with the front door not locking. I called the owners of the condo and they came out the same day and resolved the issue. They were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be requesting this condo again for our next visit!

The Best Place to Book in Pensacola Beach

First impressions are always the most telling. When we checked in I sent my adult children up to the room to make sure the door code worked. They met me in the parking lot and gave me an emphatic thumbs up and said it was the nicest condo we have ever booked. When I entered the room I had the same thought. Three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The nicest balcony you could ever want. Spacious well stocked kitchen and so much more. The facilities, pools, and beach services were exceptional. The facility is in walking distance to Flounders and Crabs restaurants and many shops and stores. Finally, working with Tonya was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a property owner. She is fantastic. If you’re going to spend your vacation in Pensacola Beach I would give my highest recommendation that you book this unit.

The condo was great,the view and balcony furniture we're fantastic.Our group of 4 adults and a 4 year old could all sit outside together,comfortably.The condo was immaculately clean.The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need,even a spice rack.There was ample toilet and paper towels and laundry detergent.We appreciated not having to supplement those items. I didn't count but there are at least a dozen beach towels.The pool area was very festive without being loud and the other guests were friendly.The outdoor hot tub was very hot, which I loved. The pool area felt very resort like.We didn't use the indoor pool area but it looked great.The water pressure and rain head type shower heads we're awesome.Tonya was a great communicator.She answered all my questions in a very timely manner.This condo and Tonya are an all around 10 star experience !We will definitely be returning.

Amazing space for family of 4 adults. Plenty of room for all, plus little things that made it feel more like home...nightlights in the bathrooms, choice of 2 coffee makers, extra trash bags and dishwasher pods, electric grill, and an icemaker! Also, our family loves to play pickleball and Senior Park with 2 courts is less than 1 mile down the beach.

We are a local couple who have enjoyed the beautiful beaches all our lives. With hundreds of places to buy, we chose our own back yard because there is nothing more spectacular than the beautiful white sands and blue-green waters.

Why they chose this property

We had been considering buying on Pensacola Beach for years. When we walked in to the Beach Club and saw the views from our balcony, we thought we were on a cruise ship - all you could see was the beautiful ocean. Add the fantastic health club facilities - and we had found our second home.

What makes this property unique

All rentals include use of the spa and workout facilities. Words cannot describe this facility.

Rentals also include 2 beach chairs on the gulf side for the duration of the rental period - at no additional charge.
