Beach Club, a Resort Residence and Spa, is a gulf front property with shopping and dining just steps away from the front door. The Resort offers a 9000 square foot exclusive concept spa and retreat located on the first floor, an extraordinary health and fitness club featuring customized body treatments, facial treatments, massages and other luxurious salon experiences. Beach Club is part of the core area on this beautiful island and offers a refreshing lifestyle with open-air shopping, fine restaurants serving fresh local seafood, all within walking distance.

Residence on the 15th floor features a Designer Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Dining Room faces Gulf with breakfast bar, Living Room features gulf front views, floor to ceiling tinted glass, Balcony is 37 feet with tile floor and stainless steel outdoor cooking center, Master suite has King bed, floor to ceiling glass door to balcony, his and hers vanity with granite tops, walk-in shower and Large whirlpool spa bath, Guest suites have private bath and closets. All rooms have flat panel TV's. Second bedroom has a king bed and third bedroom has a queen bed.

Located on the 15th floor directly above pool. Over 1600 square feet of luxury plus 350 square feet of balcony overlooking swimming pool.

This was the BEST VRBOs we have booked! This was our first stay in PB and could not have selected a better rental. Location is perfect walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The best view of the Gulf and the pool. Gated community and easy access to the beach. The host was the best to work with. She provided an email with all codes/information needed for our stay several days in advance. Very helpful, friendly and responding quickly to any questions and recommendations for dinner. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was great for 3 couples. We WILL back!I promise you will not be disappointed with this VRBO.

Thank you for the 5 star review. Unfortunately, you are the only guest to feel that way about the mattress. We actually love it. I assume you are more of a hard mattress person. We are not. It has a soft cushion topper on the mattress. If you are used to a harder mattress, I can understand your dislike of the mattress, but it is NOT “totally worn out” as you posted and is nice & comfy!

We could see the ocean from our veranda. I tried staying at the pool for one hour but the noise of the tractors and constant beep beep beep of drove us crazy. This went on 24 hrs a day around the clock. We had the perfect bedroom off the veranda with an ocean view. But the noise and the bright construction lights made sleep almost impossible.

I’m sorry you were inconvenienced by the beach renewal project. This is a short term project that affects the entire beach, section by section. I assume they moved behind our building during your stay. They were not there the day before your arrival as we were there. No noise. No light problems. I’m surprised the noise bothered you while in the condominium as we just had new sliding glass hurricane proof doors. The master bedroom has blackout shades which should have blocked the light. I wish your stay had been more enjoyable.

The condo was perfect! This was our second stay at the condo (different time of year this time), and again it was wonderful. The condo is decorated extremely nicely, (even a Christmas tree to add to the season), beds are extremely comfortable, cleanliness was great, and the communication from Tonya was the best! We are a local couple who have enjoyed the beautiful beaches all our lives. With hundreds of places to buy, we chose our own back yard because there is nothing more spectacular than the beautiful white sands and blue-green waters.

Why they chose this property

We had been considering buying on Pensacola Beach for years. When we walked in to the Beach Club and saw the views from our balcony, we thought we were on a cruise ship - all you could see was the beautiful ocean. Add the fantastic health club facilities - and we had found our second home.

What makes this property unique

All rentals include use of the spa and workout facilities. Words cannot describe this facility.

Rentals also include 2 beach chairs on the gulf side for the duration of the rental period - at no additional charge.
