3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Two Dogs up to 50lbs welcome, (non-refundable dog fees apply; pre-registration is required).
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

The house was nice! Just an FYI, there are no hand bars in the master or main level showers if that would be a concern. We had a great vacation and the pool was well worth the extra cost.

The location is ideal, but this home is not being maintained - the poor attention to detail made the property feel uncomfortable, overall, and price for quality is not aligned.One of the reasons we selected this property was the pool - upon arrival it was cloudy and dirty (several swaths of hair, leaves, sand) and the entire outdoor space was a mess (messy chairs/furniture and pillows thrown around/broken pool toys and trash) we contacted Beach Getaways Property Management company, and Brad sent a pool company out the next day. The pool was throughly cleaned and vacuumed-filter looked like it had not been changed in years. The garage door was broken, and we could not figure out how to operate the elevator. Given the other maintenance issues, we decided not to risk using the elevator. There were rodent traps and trash in the garage along with broken beach/pool gear. False eyelashes in the bottom of the master shower, dirty dishes in the cabinets, feathers/crumbs/stains on the couch. Light bulbs flickering/dead in the master bathroom. Broken tv’s, remotes that needed batteries (we put fresh batteries in one of the remotes). Air filters throughout the property were clogged - this was fixed on our second day. On departure day, we left to pick up breakfast, returned at 9:30am, and a housekeeper was parked in the driveway, entering the home. I asked her to leave. She then circled the cul de sac in her van while we ate and loaded up - it was SO uncomfortable.

The pool company was sent out the following day to thoroughly clean and service the pool, the HVAC filters were addressed on your second day, and our team worked through the other concerns reported during the stay. We were also glad to provide compensation, which was accepted as a resolution for the inconvenience you experienced. While we certainly understand that the issues themselves were frustrating, we do wish the review more fully reflected the responsiveness of our team and the resolution reached during your stay. When something misses the mark, our goal is always to step in, make it right where we can, and leave our guests feeling that their concerns were heard and handled. The housekeeping concerns and condition of the garage and outdoor items have been shared with our Property Care team for follow-up. We also apologize for the housekeeper arriving before your departure; guests should be able to comfortably enjoy the property through their scheduled checkout time. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will use it to address the areas that need attention with our team.

Wish pool was heated

We really loved the house and the location. Weather was not nice, but other than that, great time!! Only wish would be that the pool was heated. I’m sure mid summer it stays kinda warm, but we couldn’t enjoy it due to the water was Freezing. Great place!

We had a wonderful time and the house is very nice! We did have some trouble with the internet which was rectified upon our initial maintenance call; however, we continued to have trouble logging in after that.I would also suggest a few items that were not available, but would have been nice to have:- Broom or small vacuum to sweep up sand from beach.- More bath towels/hand towels/dish towels- Basic cleaning products for spills, etc.- CrockpotOverall, a lovely home and we would definitely recommend it!

The house was overall great. The elevator was a plus with my disabled husband. Having the pool was also a plus since the beach is not as described..steps away from the sandy beach.The management company is not good to work with once you pay and are checked in. The main level air was not working from Saturday check in till Monday late afternoon. The repair guy said someone had checked the system days prior so obviously a problem and we were not advised. I rented a beach wheelchair and not doable to walk from house to beach. Called to see if they could assist with a better beach option and was blown off and no one called back like they said. The trash was overflowing upon arrival and finally called on Tues. and was told I need to take to road for Wed pickup. This was not in any of the info at check in. Might be a good idea to add. The pool area was not clean. The grill was gross. Prior renters had not cleaned and left the cover in the corner on the floor.We stayed an extra day and the cleaning lady showed up on original check out date. She sat outside for an hour and finally knocked on door. No one had told her we were not checking out till Thurs. Overall the house is wonderful and would stay again but the management representing the owner is not the best in my opinion. If you are thinking it is walking distance to beach it is not! The public beach acces is half mile and had parking on most days.
