I am an avid VRBO renter and I personally love it when I rent a home that is fully stocked with everything I need. So that is the experience that I have created for you. I have designed a chef's kitchen with everything you might need to enjoy your culinary experience. The home is stocked with ziplocks, tin foil, toilet paper, paper towels, olive oil, Himalayan salt and pepper Kleenex, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Baking pans, pie pans, cookie sheets, blender, food processor, coffee grinder, coffee maker, whole bean coffee in the freezer, full set of pots and pans, and even a garlic press and a lemon squeezer are provided! I hope I have thought of everything to make your stay luxurious. In case you're into water quality, all the water on the property is structured which raises the energy of the property and will make your bathing and hot tub water experience extraordinary.

You will have access to a shared washer and dryer with unscented plant-based laundry soap provided. Beach towels and boogie boards are also provided to enjoy the beach just 20 minutes away. You will have your own parking space and access to electric charging for an additional fee. If you come in the springtime, you will enjoy lemons, herbs, and tomatoes in your garden.

This neighborhood is sweet. It sits above the valley, providing beautiful sunset and mountain views. You'll be a short walk away from the Ojai Preserve Meadow trail where you can hike up to the peak and overlook the valley at sunset, or continue hiking over the peak into the valley where you can stop on a park bench and next to the pond that overlooks the famous Topa Topa mountains. The bike path is also blocks away from the home for you to walk or ride into town.

There are small private units on the property with long-term tenants. They have their own parking spaces and their own yards and have no access to all that you see in your photos. Everything pictured in the listing is private to you.
